ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each order placed is custom made for each customer after order is received. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size, different color, or “buyer’s remorse” as we do not have a warehouse or keep an inventory, therefore we unfortunately do not accept returns or issue refunds for those issues. However, if there is a defect with the order (misprinted and/or damaged) we will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email (help@snapbackcompany.com) within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us, noting your order number, and we’ll see what can be done. Of course any claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Note: Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email at:help@snapbackcompany.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our very best on a case-by-case basis.
